This sled was built around a NOS 1977-1979 Whip tunnel I had and a NOS 1975 Whip hood I had. I used up a bunch of parts I had around and this sled was created.
It has a 1979 440 Cuyuna engine with a Sting pipe and a 38mm Mikuni carb. Supsension is a paraslide 2 out of a TK with the extra wheels out of a paraslide 3. The seat is from a Yamaha SRX recovered in metalflake vinyl. Track is out of a Chaparral.
It has a custom made polished aluminum dash with Rupp gauges. |
